- Isaac founded Sclerophyll Flora in August 2014 on the back of winning a long term vegetation monitoring project on the NSW mid north coast which is due for completion in 2022. Until founding his own flora consultancy, Isaac had been a project botanist for almost 14 years with 3 established ecological and environmental consultancies in NSW.
- Isaac is a BAM Accredited Assessor (BAAS18008), holds a NSW Scientific Investigation Licence with DPE (formerly OEH), was CPEC accredited under the NSW Ecological Consultants Association (ECA) scheme (similar to the EIANZ CEnvP) until 2021. Isaac is a current Practising Member and Councilor of the ECA.
